Images not showing

Hi everybody! It’s nice to meet you, I’m Giada, from Italy! I’m experiencing a problem with the Elementor plugin and Starter Templates, which I both have used to build my WP site.

Images from the pages I have imported with Starter Templates can be seen only while editing, but are not showing in the preview and on site. An awkward thing is that on site I can still have them saved on my computer with a right click! (Also the logo has disappeared, but it still redirects you to the homepage with a click. This problem happened a week later so maybe isn’t related.) Images are there, but cannot be seen. This is true only for pages and blocks that I have imported. The Customer Care Assistance for Starter Templates told me to contact my server, which I did, but I think it won’t get me anywhere for many reasons: if I edit a post or a page with WP editor and open the preview the pictures do show, same if I disable Elementor or open the pages without imported templates pictures do show.

I have tried deactivating other plugins and changing themes, but only disabling elementor the issue is solved. May I ask for some help? Hope to hear from you soon!
