Images not showing

    Hello,

    We started using this plugins more than 1 year ago, but now the pages for mobile are not showing the images anymore.

    I don’t know if it’s related or not, but the visibility for theses pages (mobile version) are “private” and I can’t change it.

    The web version shows a banner and a logo, but not the mobile version.

    Hi @mariaklim

    the issue is caused by your theme Porto.

    On desktop, it loads this script: https://klimtechs.com/wp-content/themes/porto/js/jquery.parallax.js, on mobile it doesn’t.
    I haven’t investigated deeper, but it looks that the script manages the lazy loading of the images. If you don’t have that script on mobile, the images will not appear.

    If you have the option, disable the images lazy loading. Now WordPress manages the lazy loading and you don’t need the theme to do that.

    If you want the lazy loading by the theme, you should contact the authors of the theme and say you have a plugin to replace the desktop content with the mobile content. They haven’t taken into account to load that script.
