• Hi,

I am only new at this so I hope the issue isnt as big as I have made it.

My website was working fine but I wanted to speed it up. I downloaded WP Rocket and activated it. Bad decision, as this broke my site. I followed all of WP Rockets tips to resolve the issue and nothing. I have even deactivated the plugin and still nothing.

I cant see the image in the body of my website. The top images show themselves but thats all.

Everything I am using is the latest version.

Perhaps WP Rocket has left some files on my site? IDK! can someone please point me in the right directed ( :

  • I see several images on every page I checked on your website, and not a single broken image.

    Have you resolved this already?

If not, can you please give a concrete example (page) where this is occurring?

    Hi George,

Thanks for a quick response. I have sort of resolved it.

What i did was reinstall w3 cache (i used this prior to wp rocket) and it said that there was a file on there that shouldnt be and would i like to remove it. i clicked remove, and it kind of resolved the issue. I also unchecked an option for lazy load on w3 cache.

However, the moment i uninstall w3 the issue occurs again. its like it stores data on my site even after i remove it. any solutions to this?

Did you note the name of the file and its location?

As far as I can tell, WP Rocket is a commercial product with no free version offered by the developer. Part of the perks of purchasing commercial WordPress plugins (and themes) is that you get professional support directly from the developer of the plugin or theme.

So other than trying random tips found online, did you actually try to work with the WP Rocket plugin’s developers you purchased the product from to resolve this?

If you didn’t, I would highly recommend you contact the product’s vendor for help. Here is their contact information: https://wp-rocket.me/support/

I’ll need to see the problem on your website to know what’s really happening to the images… before I can offer any suggestions.
