Images not showing

    Hello,

    I’m trying to use the plugin, but featured images just don’t show inside slider. I’ve followed all the steps in documentation and my short code is like this:

    [promoslider category=”home” width=”900px” height=”347px”]

    but all I could get was a dark gray background. I’ve looked other similar questions here in this forum and have tried they’re answered solutions, but nothing is working yet.

    Just to verify, did you follow this method of assigning the featured image and can you verify that your image displays in the ‘Featured Image’ box? I have had too many people not understand how to assign them properly not to ask…

    In order for an image to appear in the Promotion Slider, you must set a featured image! First, click on the ‘Set Featured Image’ link in the Featured Image box. You can either upload an image from your computer or use an image from your media library. After uploading or selecting an image, click on the ‘Use as featured image’ link. Once you have set the featured image, you should see the image appear within the Featured Image box.
