Images not showing

My multisite installation had a malware attack today. I have a service that cleared the issue but now WordPress doesn’t seem to recognize the virtual Files folder that all of the images are in. The paths refer to the proper location, I can physically see that the images are there, but all of the images appear broken on the site.
