Images not showing

I can’t see the images I downloaded. WHen i click on the website the store tab the only thing I can see are the squares (templates) for the photos, but just empty. And when I click on any of the images it opens the link and the picture is on the bottom where the description is. I tried this few times but still the same. Was thinking about unistall the program and installed it again to see if this time it works. Any sugetion on how this can be fixed?
