Images not showing even after deleting plugin

I had to delete this plugin for compatibility reasons. In Chrome, I cannot view jpg images while this plugin and W3 Total Cache are both installed. After I deleted BJ Lazy load, I still cannot view images with W3 Total Cache installed.
So now I can’t use W3 Total Cache at all, even though I deleted your plugin. I tried deleting W3 cache and re-installing. Still can’t see images. What’s my next step? How do I get rid of all evidence of your plugin.
