Images not showing in downloadable PDF

Staging instance:
username: flywheel
password: sew4home

Any idea why when you download the PDF, none of the article’s images are coming through?

Also – I cannot for the life of me get the font to be san-serif. I have a css sheet with this:
#pf-body, #pf-content {font-size: 12px !important; font-family: Sans-Serif !important;}
