    Hello,

please read the mail and click on the read more link. The image is blocked by your hosting provider.

    Thanks,
    Michael

I tried to talk to them, i use the hostgator hosting in brazil, they said the problem was in the website or the plugin, i will try to talk to them again, in the read more shows some options, witch of them is happenning?

Case 2: your site is blocking the image download (rare)

2b: your site is blocking Apple Mail

    Case 2?

And can i host the image in another site and creat the newsletter with that image? If yes, do you recommend some site in particular to host the images?

    thanks

Hi, if you share with us the site domain, we can make a test using the instructions in the linked documentation page (I know it’s pretty tech stuff, I can do it for you). I expect the result to confirm the provider is blocking the images, in that case you can report the problem to the provider.

Send to your provider this image:

    https://ibb.co/HCwNwpt

it’s a command getting an imahe from your site and the server responds “not acceptable”, so the server is filtering the request not the blog. The request simulates how an iPhone asks for images included in an email.

They can test themself using the point 2b) on this article

I will do that, thank you!!
