    Hi everyone,

I woke up today only to discover that images stopped showing on my blog: https://informania.net . I have tried severally to solve this issue but all to no avail. I had to delete my most recent installed plugins but the bug is still there.

Please I need your assistance on this. The blog can be found HERE
    Thanks,
    ~Chinedu

    which plugins are installed?
are you using any CDN like photon?

    These are the installed plugins:
Ad Injection, Akismet, All Meta Tags, Blogger Importer, Content.ad, Email Subscribers, Google Analytics Counter Tracker, Google XML Sitemap, Hello Dolly, Jetpack by WordPress.com, MOJO Marketplace, Optin Forms, Q2W3 Fixed Widget, tagDiv Social Counter, WP Minify, WP Super Cache, WPBakery Visual Composer, and Yoast SEO.

I think the only plugin that relates to photon should be jetpack right?
However I deactivated all the plugins installed on my site but that didn’t solve the issue, so i reactivated them before posting this very reply

From the list at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/read-this-first-wordpress-45-master-list?replies=7#post-8268201 it sounds like:

Jetpack – Please make sure you’re connected to Jetpack if you use Photon. Not being connected will cause your images to not display. (nb – this is not a Jetpack or 4.5 bug, just something people are noticing right now)

Go to the Jetpack section of your Dashboard, scroll to the bottom, and click the Debug link. Does it report “Your Jetpack setup looks a-okay!” ?

If not, contact the Jetpack folks via the form that appears there. If it does report “Your Jetpack setup looks a-okay!” is there any improvement to the images if you switch off the Photon module at Jetpack -> Settings in your Dashboard?

Thanks everyone, problem solved! I followed James instruction and after debugging jetpack, I discovered it couldn’t communicate with my site properly. As part of the diagnosis, I downloaded the updated version of my theme and everything returned to normalcy. As you can see HERE , images are now displaying properly on my site.

    Thanks again!
