    Please try this way of adding your shortcode.

    For Example:
    [raw][gallery_bank type=”grid” format=”masonry” title=”true” desc=”true” responsive=”true” albums_in_row=”3″ animation_effect=”rollIn” album_title=”true”][/raw]

    seems like its missing < at the beginining of the code.
