Images not showing / uploading

    Hi Directorist,

    I’ve sent a support request but trying it on here as well.

    I am using the plugin for an artist database instead of listing a property. As I complete the “listing” and add a photo to the listing I get sent to the preview window, where the placeholder image shows up instead of the picture I uploaded. I checked WordPress settings and can’t find any more items to update to make it work.

    When I edit a listing on the backend, I see an error message under media that says:

    There was a critical error on your website. Please check your website administrator email inbox for further instructions.

    What can I do? (site access sent via Support ticket)

    I have recently encountered the same issue. After adding an item with images, the item is only displayed with Directorist default image and not uploaded images.

    Please I need assistance with this issue, been struggling with it for 2 months.
