We were also having issues with pictures on the website . if you search for an item the images do not show.

i have since found that jetpack lazy load were causing the above issue. perhaps you could look into why lazyimages causing issues to vanish

I’ve taken a look at your website and found that product images were showing correctly, so I’d suppose you kept Lazy Load disabled.

It’s worth testing with another theme such as Storefront, and disabling all your plugins except WooCommerce and Jetpack, to see if Lazy Load behaves correctly. It’s possible that your theme is coded in a way that’s not compatible with Jetpack’s Lazy Load.

Also, from what I see, the Jetpack connection isn’t that solid, as I am noticing there are some timeouts that we are getting from your server.

Please reach out to your hosting provider and have them whitelist our IP ranges so that Jetpack can query cURL requests on your XML-RPC endpoint. You can find the IP ranges below:

and yes at the moment lazy load is disabled.

i will contact shoptimizer and ask if they can look at it also.

OG image is the image that appears when you post a link to a web page or video content on your social media page.

I think the images are not appearing on Facebook because OG images are returning 403 forbidden errors. You can check this issue with your hosting provider, or if you have any security rules or plugins installed that can disable access of images for their direct links, then you can temporarily disable it to check if the issue is coming from there.
