Images not syncing

Hi I’ve set up the plugin and logged in with my credentials. I can see all of the available products to import into WooCommerce. I’ve imported 3 products as a test and none of them are importing images. I’ve checked on my till system on thegoodtill.com and there’s definitely images for these products. Everything else is importing fine such as stock, variations etc. Another problem I’m facing is that I’m getting an error for hundreds of products saying that the skus are not unique. This doesn’t make sense to me as this is an empty WooCommerce installation.
