Images not syncing anymore on plugin

Thanks for letting me know. Do you know roughly how large the images are that you’re uploading? I’ve been attempting to reproduce this so far but I haven’t been able to. Sometimes the images lag behind the added products but that’s typically only for a few minutes at most.

If you add the same image on the Square side, does it remain after syncing?

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

Thanks, haven’t tried uploading the images on Square as Woocommerce is our system of record so tend to do everything from there and have lots of products so ideally dont want to have to upload images twice. It has been working fine until recently. images are about 2000px wide ish. Could the image gallery being full make a difference? lots and lots of images on there on woocommerce.

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Generally speaking, a 2000 pixel wide image shouldn’t be too large to cause problems. Typically if there is an issue with image size it’s due to the size in MB and not the dimensions in pixels.

I definitely don’t want you to have to upload images both in Square and WooCommerce. If this was my site, I would try doing that for a product or two where the images haven’t synced. Then run a sync to see what happens to the product images.
