Images not trashed nor deleted

Hi,

I’m scanning my upload folder (“year/month/day” structure), but during the final step (4 of 4), it sends a timeout error. I tried setting the auto-retry command, and it proceeds fine.

However, when I attempted to delete a single image, the dashboard indicates it’s in the trash. Still, it wasn’t moved from the original folder to the Media Cleaner trash folder, nor was it deleted when I emptied the trash.

I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including database deletion, plugin reinstallation, and deactivation of other plugins, but nothing seems to work. Can you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
