Images not updating

Thanks for reaching out.

I’ve checked your website and I can see that the W3 Total Cache is active.
The image that is loading on a mentioned par of the website is this one:

Can you please confirm that this is the image you are currently using?

Hi Marko, thanks for getting back.

yes the image you linked is the correct one. However, I see this: https://ibb.co/hBn1SBr

So the left image is black and the right is the wrong image.

Also – please tell me if I should open a new thread for this – in my shop I only see 2 columns of products. There should be 4 columns on desktop and when deactivating W3TC it works properly.

Is W3 Total ache currently enabled? If not, re-enable it so I can see the issue, please.
Also once re-enabled, disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which one might be causing the issue?

yep I left W3 Total Cache on. Curiously it works now, maybe just needed some time?

The issue with the shop is still persistent though. I am using woocommerce and there should be 4 rows of products in the shop. Should I open a new thread for this?
