Images not uploading

    When trying to upload images everything seems to work fine for a bit then I get an error saying the upload failed try again later. I deactivated all the plugins with no luck.

    I also increased the max upload size on the server end and made sure php was running 5.4

    Any suggestions on how to fix the issue ?
