In Chrome or Opera if you go to the ‘Coping with’ section of this website: https://engagement-portal.co.uk/topic/body-image/ and select a buttons, the popups should display an image but they aren’t visible. However, it works fine with Edge, IE11 and Firefox.

    Deactivating Smush resolves this issue.

  • Hi @dxcukhcls,

Just to be clear, when you say that the issue started after the upgrade you are referring to update to the latest version, is that correct?

We have released version 3.6.1 yesterday, so could you try updating again and see if the issue gone after that?

    Cheers,
    Predrag

Yes, the problem started after I installed the latest version (3.6.1) and it only appears to effect images within my Elementor popups within Chrome or Opera browsers only. In all other browsers I have no issues.

    I have the same problem

    Hi @dxcukhcls

I checked the site – could you give it another try and see if images are working if the Smush plugin is enabled but its “Lazy Load” option is disabled? Let me know, please.

Lazy Load still exists. Mobile version of Elementor popup pictures cannot be displayed.

Sorry for the delay in my response. I disabled Lazyload and that has resolved my issue. I re-enabled it and the issue returned.

    Hello @dxcukhcls

I hope you are doing well!

Most likely you have already lazy load enable on your site, by a plugin or t can be implemented by the theme. Applying a lazy load twice can cause unpredicted issues.

Please check your theme or plugins, to see which from active one has lazy load feature.

@abilou per www.ads-software.com regulations, please create your own thread, even if the issue looks similar.

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
