Images not working

Okay, the featured image of this product is not working: https://staging-baristaessentialscom-bestaging.kinsta.cloud/product/barista-package-part-1-basic/ because it says it’s an webp. image and that webp image is not found.

How are we going to solve this?

And how can I prevent this plugin from trying to showing an image directly in webp-format without my consent?
