images not working

  • Please help me figure out an issue I am having with my site… I am trying to make my girlfriend a portfolio for christmas and I am having an issue with images on the site.

    I am using this theme…
    Work-a-holic 2.0 by Chandra Maharzan for Graph Paper Press

    I figured out if I place the images in at 600 wide by anything longer than 500px height or so it confuses whatever is wrong with the theme and allows a larger image to be placed in there…

    I will show you what usually happens here tho… Most images are resized to like this…

    this image was uploaded at 600px by 400px and resized by the theme to what you see there. I would like the images to resize to the box that is in there. It is 600px wide and then the box will expand to the height. There is more code that I think is beneficial that I will paste below.
    sorry for the bulky paste but I think this will help to figure out the problem.

    I would really appreciate any help you can give as christmas is quickly approaching.

    This is my images.php that I believe controls the images that I am having problems with… Let me know if you need any of the css that goes with it.

  • Try going to settings>media and change the settings for de medium images. Exagerate with de max height, and just put the exact max width you are using.
