Images not working in 2017 uploads folder

Hi,

Just started posted in 2017 and new media are not displaying. There are being uploaded fine, but not showing in gallery or on posts. Have manually copied files around and anything under /2017/ doesn’t display, but /2016/ does. If I copy i file from 2017 to 2017 (and into a month sub folder) it then shows, if i copy from 2016 to 2017 then it doesn’t:

All these files exist on the file system.
