Images NOT working on CSV import, poor support

  • Ive tried contacting support multiple times and even setup meetings with them, support never showed up after confirming the meeting. I have imported a CSV with image urls and it is NOT WORKING. No images show on the event page or the list. I assumed this was because it was the free plugin, so I bought the pro version and the site still has the same issues. I turned off all the plugins, then activated the 2023 default WP theme, but nothing changed. No images and no support.

    Glad you reached out. The Events Calendar provides support via the premium ticketing system, and through the free forum threads. Please be aware plugin support does not schedule or setup meetings.
