After making any changes, make sure to Regenerate your Thumbnails.

I contacted the SEO that I use it with and they told me that this problem is responsible for the theme I am working with. I contacted them and they told me that they are not responsible. They also told me to delete any plugin to optimize images. I removed the autoptimize plugin and tried it after a day, but unfortunately the images of my products are still blurry.

Some of the images have 2000/2500 pixels in size. I thought the problem here. I compressed all the images, but the problem is still the same, the images appear very good on my site But on Google and other search engines it looks bad

Thanks for the clarification that the blurry images are on the Google Search Results page.
While we may not have a direct answer as to why since the issue is outside WooCommerce, I searched around and came across the following:
