Images on lists not displaying in chrome

I’ve added 2 new lists both with links to the same external site. It displays great on safari on an ipad and on desktop. But the pictures aren’t coming across on Chrome or mobile and it really messes up the reading experience – especially on mobile.

I have other lists linking to other external sites that display fine on Chrome & Safari though. So I tested changing the style on the problem ones from big image to grid to circle and none work.

I’ve tried adding the list to another post to test it but the same problem persists. It seems unique to these 2 lists both linking to the same external site.

Am I doing something wrong? Are there any technical reasons an image from an external source wouldn’t display in one browser (given they’re now hosted on my site)?
