Images on slider disappeared

    Hello,
    When I am checking the website for images of staff members, no images are displayed on the slider. On the link: https://www.bookmytherapy.ca/ scroll down to the section title ‘Know your therapist’
    Can you please guide me on how to fix this issue?

    Hi. @nehajuwale

    I can see that you are using the WPRocket plugin and the lazyloading feature is enabled. This features conflicts with the process and displaying images because the Depicter has the lazyloading built into its code base.

    Please turn it off and let me know the result.

    Do you have any other suggestions/recommendations to make it work?
    If I disable lazyload it will impact site speed adversely

    Hello again.

    It is important to note that the Depicter already has a lazyloading feature integrated into it. If other plugins with their own lazyloading feature are added to the website, it can cause interruptions and malfunctions. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid the use of multiple sources of lazyloading. 

    To prevent any issues, you should check whether you can exclude either the Depicter or your page from the lazyloading effect applied by the WPRocket plugin. This is a simple precaution that can help avoid potential problems.
