• Hi!

My wife noticed a problem on the website that I missed: All pictures are not shown on the Frontend. I did not notice this for — I don’t know how long — because the pictures show while I am logged in to the WP Backend.

Checking on the Frontend with a right-click and “Open image in new Tab” shows this in the address bar:

    data:image/svg+xml,<svg%20xmlns='https://www.w3.org/2000/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%201280%20720'></svg>

Being logged in the same right-click leads to:

    https://wettbretter.de/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Birstein01a.jpg

I have no idea what causes this behaviour. There’s no cache Plugin, no “optimization” Plugin — and deactivating all Plugins (except the one delivered with the Theme) leads to the same results.

I have the same Theme running in other installations — no problems there.

After searching and trying the whole day I am finally lost.

    Cheers, Frank
