Images only upload to post not WP-Content folder causing thumbnail issue

Since I upgraded to 3.5 today I can’t get new thumbnails to work in the excerpt posts on my home page. It looks like the url’s are not pointing to my upload folder where my images are stored.

This is how the url’s used to look:

https://www.smittenbybritain.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/christmas-pudding.jpg

Now they look this way, not pointing to the uploads folder.

https://www.smittenbybritain.com/2012/12/christmas-pudding-a-british-christmas-tradition/christmas-pudding-soaking/

I have diabled all plugins and no change.
