images “packed”

    Hello
    I have image problems which are “packed” (they are more square than before), for no apparent reason.

    What is strange is that it appears quite well in the Visual builder of DIVI

    (I ask also Elegant theme, just in case)
    I simply did an automation by Cron of the optimization tasks.
    My last optimization was several days old. This problem only appears on the slider. Do you have any idea why only on the slider?

    the first screenshot is the version (made with the Divi Visual builder) showing the correct and original size of the images (the book cover on the left).

    The second screenshot is the image displayed online, and for some reason it is more square than rectangular. It is therefore distorted.

    The only change I made is to put the automatic cron
    (Auto Request Cron and Auto Pull Cron) even if I admit that I do not see how these 2 things could change anything in the images …

    But if in doubt, I ask you if it is possible or if this kind of error (image distortion) is currently known …

    Note: these images are png (perhaps the only ones on our site).

    Hi,

    No , image optimization won’t change the size of it , this is more like of CSS issue

    could you please try turn off CSS related features , purge all , and see how it goes ?

    I turned off CSS related features and nothing change. Maybe it’s an issue with DIVI Builder ?
    As I said in the beginning, when I am on the backoffice, with DIVI Visual builder, the images are diplyaed correctly. But, online, the same images are distorted.

    Hi,

    OK , let’s re-start this from ground zero.

    1. if you disable LSCWP , how does image show ?

    2. if 1) is true , please re-enable LSCWP , go to toolbox -> export/import -> export current setting , then reset to default setting , purge all , how does it go ?

    Ok well sorry, Elegant theme just told me that this is a known issue in the last upadte… They gave me CSS line to fix it.
    It is not LSCache.
