(Images) Send Optimization Request is Gray

    Hello!

    Sorry … my button under IMAGE OPTIMIZATION is gray and it has not effect when clicked. Which steps may I check to sort it out and make it works?

    In QUIC.CLOUD I still have all my Free Tier Fast Queue available. Nothing used so I assume that’s not working!

    Let’s start with sending me the report number that can be found on LSC -> Toolbox -> Report

    In Image optimization menu you have buttons and what statuses?
    Send Optimization Request -> grayed out?
    Pull Images -> grayed out
    Clean Up Unfinished Data => what about this?
