Images show separately in Google Search

Some, not all, of my images are showing up in Google Image Search separately from the actual post. For example, when I search “Topshop Shelly” I see images from this post:

But when I click the image, it takes me here instead of directly to the post:

https://girlgeniuss.me/topshop-shelly-photo-gallery/img_1881sig/

Any idea why this might be happening?
