Images show up with different focus on product listing page

It’s because they are being cropped into a square thumbnail: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-customizer/#section-13

This one, the original image is square: https://viaalux.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/DLS101-61-02_Angle-scaled.jpg

But this is rectangular: https://viaalux.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/TB-015-LTD-NAVY-GLD-62-FRONT-768×547-3-600×427.jpg

If you set the Thumbnail Cropping option to Uncropped that will show them as the full image – you might have to regenerate the thumbnails though: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

@seank123 I have just set it to Uncropped (did not regenerate thumbnails yet). It seem to have changed with that but this is how it looks now:
