Why do images seem to have different focus here?

    https://viaalux.com/product-tag/thom-browne/

I tried aspect ratio of 1:1, uncropped, 4:3, 5:4 . None of them gives them the same focus/zoom.

    Also,

https://viaalux.com/product-tag/dita/ – Second row, First product, second image is too zoomed in while the first one looks okay. How do I fix that?

You will need to press the icon that shows up when you hover on the product. Attached snapshot. https://ibb.co/wzYSh6d . The link for the second image does not have “scaled” in its name. Which is why it shows up zoomed in. I would like to know how can they all show up with the same focus. I think i read the images get “scaled” and have scaled in the name when image is greater than a certain size. What can I do to address this problem?

How can I fix these issues?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I tried aspect ratio of 1:1, uncropped, 4:3, 5:4 . None of them gives them the same focus/zoom.

It looks like the product images are not sized uniformly. The best way to make sure images aren’t different is to make sure they have the same exact sizes, 600×600 or 1200×1200 for example. I’d suggest using a photo editing app in order to do that. There are some online apps too like https://www.photopea.com/

With WooCommerce by default, only one product image is displayed on shop and category pages and it looks like the ability to view the second image is added by your theme, Stockie.

I’m not aware if the second image is resized by your theme in any way but if the sizes aren’t right after making sure all of your images are the same size – you may want to reach out to the support team of your theme.

    I hope this helps!
