Images Sizes Fashionista

What size should my images be for my Fashionista site? https://www.tanjacrouch.com

I used the sizes for another wordpress site, but in Fashionista, they are tiny thumbnails. I want the image to be the size of my website post… to go across the stop of a new post. I can’t find anything that state sizes…
