    Hi,

For my client, a photographer, I use envira gallery to display her portfolio.

I’m using Envira gallery (pro) with the ‘Tags addon’ and the ‘CSS addon’.
I’ve built a child theme on top of the Astra theme and I’m using Elementor as a page builder, though the only element on the page is the envira shortcode.

When loading the page that contains the gallery and scrolling down, the images are initially loading just fine. Although after about 50 images, there is a pile of images stacked on top of each other.

The strange thing is, that when clicking on one of the tags and then clicking on the x to see all of the images again, the stacking doesn’t happen anymore.

Also I noticed that when I’m pasting the shortcode in a regular page (non-elementor), the stacking doesn’t happen. See: https://www.medeahuisman.nl/niet-elementor/

Therfore I think it could be a conflict between elementor and envira gallery.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi, @sidodekker!

Would it be possible to get you to write in through our official support channel here? We’d like a chance to hop in to the back-end of your site to help suss this out for you.

Generally, when we see stacking like that, it’s due to a lazy-loading conflict of some sort.

When you write in through the link above, please be sure to include functional WP-admin login credentials.

    Thank you!

@atdugan I already filled out the form a couple of days ago. But I filled it out again and added a wp account for the Envira Gallery support team (which I didn’t do last time). I hope this will suffice.

Thank you for your reply by the way.

I’m just now thinking, since the bug happens when Elementor is active on the page, that maybe this problem is not with Envira, but with Elementor and I should report this bug to them instead of to Envira.

Anyways, keep me posted ?? Thanks in advance.

    Hi, @sidodekker!

I checked our ticket system, and I found one from you regarding this problem from early July. Our system says you read it on July 28. I do not see any further follow-up or additional tickets after that, though.

If your tickets are not successfully going through, could you please reach out to me directly at [email protected]? I can help from there.

(Sorry for my delayed follow-up here, by the way. I’d been out a couple of days.)
