Images stacking order on mobile or tablet

  • Hi,

    I’m having a problem with my layout when in tablet or mobile mode. Whenever I have alternating sections with image/text or text/image, these look fine on laptop mode but not on the others – where it shows up as one image after the other and text areas one after the other (instead of alternating).

    The page link I send you is just one example, I have this same problem in a number of pages.

    Is there
    (a) – a way I can edit layout on mobile or tablet mode ONLY, without it affecting the layout for laptop?
    (b) – a custom CSS I can add to my theme to sort this out?

    Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    Thanks, sure will do that!

    Just to say though, I’ve chatted to a few people and they also encounter similar issues, not to do with Elegant Themes. They mostly complain about the fact that you can view the different modes but can’t actually make changes to one without the other…which can make a bit of a mess of things. I think this is a WP/divi issue which I hope will be sorted in the future…

    Overall, the theme controls how the content is displayed, so if there is any fix for it, it would be handled at the theme level.
