    Hi,

The images of the sliders are suddenly not visible anymore. It was working, but at some point just not anymore. I don’t know when it stopped.

I don’t see any errors in the console. All the li-tags are set to display:none (by the Javascript I think). What is going on here? How can this be solved?

    Thanks!

I solved this by a rollback to version 3.5.1.

I checked it by updating again to 3.6.1 and then again the images disappeared. So for some reason the problem starts from version 3.6.

    Hey @squasher,

Do you have a link I can check? We updated FlexSlider during that time and some caching / minifying plugins just need to be cleared out, or told not to mess around with the MetaSlider.

Also, check that Print JS in the advanced settings area is checked

    Hi,

I’ve added the url. So at this moment version 3.5.1 is active.

It looks like you have a cache plugin. Can you upgrade MetaSlider then clear out the cache? I’ll be here another hour and can look immediately.

I’ve updated to the latest version again. I’m using WP Super Cache and Fast Velocity Minify. Turning of caching does not help. Fast Velocity Minify I’m using quite safely. I also did not activate JS- and CSS compiling.

You likely need to add an exception to Fast Velocity Minify. I believe we have had some other users with issues using that plugin.

I will look into that. Although it’s strange that it didn’t matter when I skipped handling JS-files. Thanks!

Okay let us know. We’ve had a few people report problems with that plugin that occur during a MetaSlider update. We’ve look into ways to circumvent this moving forward but the first update make cause an error.

    Hi @squasher,

I’ll mark this as resolved since we didn’t hear back from you, but please open a new issue if you have any more problems. Have a good weekend!
