Images thumbnails not showing when I activate litespeed cache plugin

When i activate litespeed cache plugin thumbnails not showing.. images not loading on site. I have currently deactivating it coz image thumbnails are blank , I have tried all litespeed settings but problem is still the same, I thought it’s plugins conflict but still not working after I deactivated all .
please help me coz I really need this plug-in.

when I activate litespeed cache plugin my website images disappear as shown above .
