Images upload not visible in pages

    I need help please, i noticed images upload dropdown is not showing here and I don’t know why.

    I set the minimum upload of images to be 1 but users can’t upload the image both on mobile and desktop.

    Tried all hacks but they won’t work

    Glad to help. Image uploads involve a lot of variables, and everything needs to be correct in order to work. For example, server configuration, WP settings, plugin settings, folder permissions, and so forth, all need to be set up correctly. To help, I’ve posted an article that should help troubleshoot file-upload issues. Note that the article is aimed at pro users, but most of the infos applies also to free version, and even to all plugins and WordPress in general.

    I’ve read it but it is not like the file size is too large, where to upload images does not show up at all, one cannot view the drop-down because it is hidden and I enabled it in settings.

    I’m not really sure then, could be almost anything. Are you able to upload smaller files (like less than 1MB) via USP form? What about same size files uploaded via the WP Admin Area? Just kinda guessing here, hopefully it helps your troubleshooting efforts.

    No i can’t upload any file, it doesn’t show at all, a blank file

    If you are unable to upload files via the WP Media Library (in the Admin Area), then the issue you are experiencing is not with USP; it is with file uploads in general. In this case, my best advice is to contact your web host and let them know you are unable to upload files via WP Admin Area. As soon as that issue is resolved, USP also will be able to upload images.
