    Hi,

    I have 2 issues:

    -images uploaded by customers are displayed on product reviews pages as thumbnails which i am trying to change. I tried a few things, like creating a new image size and a function to display it in reviews but it’s not working, i am definitely missing something. Can you please help with this? I am trying to display customer-uploaded images as large as 500px wide or as uploaded by user.

    -if i disable the plugin, the thumbnail size images are no longer displayed. I have no intention to disable the plugin but suppose I do, why is this happening? The images are in the media folder. Can you please share a solution for this as well?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    1. There is no option to change the image size. Even if you can change it, the size on the frontend is limited by the CSS style, 150px for the image in the list above the reviews section and 75px in the review content.

    2. If you disable our plugin, yes, the images are uploaded to your site and in the media folder but the standard reviews section of WooCommerce does not support displaying those images. There is no solution then, if you are familiar with coding, you can create your own code to display the image.
