Images uploaded not appearing correctly in pdf

Even with the latest updates images still appear scrambled, these are added from mobile devices.

Anyone actually look at this? any support at all?

I see, could you send me the original image and the generated pdf please? I would like to do some tests with it.

Unfortunaly not, these are forms filled out by employees so contain personal information and photographs of Id cards, what I can tell you is, it’s always images upload from mobile phones in portrait orientaion, 768×1024, 576×1024 etc

Unfortunately i can’t replicate the issue so in order to help you i would need you to send me an image that has this issue, it could be an image from something else, a fake id, a blurry image whatever. I just need an image that has this issue so i can try to replicate it, the content of the image doesn’t matter.

Hello!

3 different browsers detected that image has a virus so i can’t download it. Not sure if that image already came with a virus (which probably could explain why the image doesn’t shows correctly as their content is corrupted) or if the site that you used to upload it inserted a virus.

So please first make sure that the image has no virus and then try to upload it on another site like https://wetransfer.com/ (that is the one i use and am i sure it doesn’t insert viruses).

Sorry for the delay, are you using the latest version of the plugin? And if not could you update and try again? I just tested it and it seems to work fine

Version 1.2.108, I have auto updates enabled so it’s always the latest version, still happening, not every form but definitely a problem still.
