Images Uploading but Not Displaying

Is it possible that you’ve exceeded your allocated disk space in your hosting account?

I received a FATAL error message and this was the result. the 0x0 size indicated the size limit was reached and it did not create the necessary thumbnails and sized required for WP. I am no expert, but I researched the prob and this solution worked for me:
resize your images to 200 dpi (not changing dimensions) and use ImageMagik plug in.

Oh, i actually found the images within the file structure of my site – but WP just never created the other file sizes…

That was helpful, thank you! The culprit was mod_security; a quick visit to .htaccess fixed the problem.
