Images will not correctly order in gallery

    Hi, Uploaded 11 images into a gallery and then sorted using numerate so they appear in the correct order. Check using preview and they are not in the order I have just updated.

    Image titles are HOYS23 -1 to HOYS23 -11 yet the plugin is determined that HOYS23-10 comes after HOYS23 -1, then HOYS23-11 before HOYS23-2.

    This problem occurred a year or tow ago and one of your technicians sorted it. Now , on this website with a new version of Photo Gallery it seems the problem was never fixed but a sticking plaster applied.

    Big show tomorrow and this happens. Great.

  • Unfortunately, PhotoGallery is not very good at sequences of numbers. B-) That’s why I always add leading zeros to the number sequences. It will look like that:
    001
    002
    …
    009
    010
    011
    etc.

    To overcome this issue, please note that you can also drag and drop or numerate the images from the separate galleries, check the?following gif.?After ordering here, you should select?Default?order from shortcode options.?

    In each WordPress edit window you’ll see?Screen Options?button, please click on the small arrow next to it, and it will be expanded and show an option to change the number of items that display on that page.

    By default, it is 20. You can change it to any custom number.
