Images will not display

Hi everybody

I’m using theme Business Style 1.1 for my blog https://www.blogyourwaytothebank.com. I have mad a directory “ArticleImages” in the root directory where I have put the necessary images for use in ads I want to display – all jpg’s or gif’s. When asked for the image URL to insert in a widget etc. I type https://www.blogyourwaytothebank.com/ArticleImages/image.jpg but the image will not display. If I point my browser to this URL I get an error message saying that the file can’t be opened. The file permission for the “ArticleImages” directory is 755 and all the images are 644. I have a number of other blogs which I have set up in the same way (using a different theme) and have no problems.

Any ideas please?
