Images will not display

Images will not display on website. I’m using Windows 10 OS and WordPress 4.5.2. I’ve disabled all plugins and get the same result. I have a static html page on the front end of my site (index.html) and when I try and add an image and upload it using Dreamweaver, it is also not displaying the new image, which leads me to believe that the problem is outside of WordPress. I’m stumped… Anyone else having similar problems? Website: https://49erchurch.org
