    Good Day,

I am attempting to get this plugin working by category, but I think the Theme I am using is blocking it somehow. The theme is “The Box Plus” by DesignLabs (https://www.designlabthemes.com/the-box-plus-wordpress-theme/). I currently have this plugin setup in auto and it does not work. The theme seems to use the customizer correctly. I have also tried applying the code snippets in the page and cannot get that to work either. It seems something is completely blocking this plugin.

What can I do to get it working, short of changing themes?

    Thanks,

    Josh

    Dear Josh,

Make sure that you are expecting it work with nav_menu items oproperly? Can you please attach a screenshot of plugin settings page so i can suggest you accordingly. In case you still face the problem, i will setup it on a demo website for you so i can learn more about user experience and you will be able to explain what exactly is missing in it.

    Thanks,
    Fahad

It doesn’t appear to be the theme that is the issue.

I created a test site. See https://joshuaallenshaw.com/test/. I make a post that, https://joshuaallenshaw.com/test/2020/01/09/hello-world/, that has the image you requested of the settings. This site is using the generic theme, so I added the php code blocks to the body. There is nothing there.

Some of the plugins on this site are network activated. Is it possible that a plugin is causing this issue? There are no plugins active that impact media or themes.

I might will require to see the settings page and the shortcode pasted in the header.php or anywhere. Can you please share screenshots?

Update. I the shortcode inserted into the post works, but the image is not in the header.

Image is not the header means? You need to use the shortcode in header.php on appropriate position. I am not understanding the issue yet, maybe you can explain the problem through screenshots well.
