Images Will Not Upload

I cannot upload images to my site. When I use the flash uploader, I get a “missing a temporary folder” error, and when I use the browser uploader, I get an “Error saving media attachment” error. I’ve checked what folder my files are going to, I’ve set the folder to give everybody every right to it (777), and I still get the errors. I’ve disabled all of my plugins, still have the error. I’ve done everything I can think of, does anyone know what the problem is and/or how to fix it?
