• My client has low res images in their gallery that they do not want stretched in any way. Most are 400×600 and/or 600×400 but when they are combined in one gallery one of the two gets stretched no matter what aspect ratio I choose.

How can you turn off aspect ratios and simple show the original size image without resizing? Is this even possible??

  • @jeffporper, a link to the issue would be useful. It is not clear if you are talking about the images opened in modal window.
In this case, you have to set “no” in “automatically resize images after upload” in Other options > Image options, and check if your client has set a particular/different size for resizing.

Hey tizz tx for the help – here’s a link:

    https://judithmodrak.com/staging/galleries/dendrites/

This gallery uses images that were not automatically resized after upload, and the aspect used here is 4:3. The first image in the array is 600×400, the second is a bit larger, and the rest are 400×600. As a result of the mixed aspects, all the images are not shown at their original size. Despite the low resolutions in general, my client wants the images shown at their native size.

    Can this happen?

@jeffporper, I see that the question is concerning NextGEN Plus.
