images with posts not showing

Yes I have tried with featured image and without but the only difference is that with one post’s image is visible at the top of the blog area. If I click on any posts the image attached in that post will be visible on the place for featured image.
I have also regenerated images with the plugin mentioned but no improvement on getting mages in posts visible..
Is it only I that have this issue?

I had taken a look at your webpage source code.
There is no image source code for your post thumbnail.

I am not able to determine what’s wrong with your setup.

You can do a plugin conflict check.

1) If you are using a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.

2) Proceed to disable one plugin at a time, clear browser history and re-visit your post thumbnail. Check if it’s working properly.

Do this until you find the plugin that’s causing this issue, please replace with an alternative plugin.

If you are still unable to fix your issue, you will have to hire a developer from https://jobs.wordpress.net to login and troubleshoot for you.

You may have missed where Denzel said that the post type must be set to “Image”. That is unique to this theme.

However, I looked at https://www.socialdemokraternakiruna.se/ and inspected one of the images next to the post summary. It did not link to an image, it linked to a page. Perhaps that is a clue. Here is the image link that I got by using the browser’s inspector. The link opened a page, not an image, when I copied it and opened it in a new window:

Yes still same problem both with linked images and images attached when typing the post..
I have also tried to change some of the posts with pictures in to “image” but still no difference..
Btw. is there a way to send personal messages here?

Hi, I’ve added static image into the main landing page while I wait for a response, but I cant find another fix for the post thumbnails image not pulling through

For me the solution was to choose the specific image on the same page as when creating posts on the lower right side. Then the post image became visible.
I guess that it is a filter function so admins can choose to show or even make another picture visible in posts..

@wpsecs thanks for responding I must admit I’m till very stuck and am usually very good with WordPress and plugins.

what do you mean exactly? Do you mean I choose the image as the featured image? (because I tried that and no joy)

How did you get your post images to show on pages where you put the elementor posts widget?

The wordpress site I administer is on swedish so I do not know the correct term in english but if you connect with a smartphone to the admin sajt and choose to make a post.
Upload and attach the desired image. Set the post as image and then choose the desired image again on the next lowest option.
Hope that helps..

I have solved this problem as well: in addition to putting the image as an “image in evidence” I insert the image itself up to the article, centered and at the highest resolution.
