Images Won’t Display

    The Instagram Widget displays our grid, but unfortunately none of the pictures show, just the captions and the image icon. When I am on the editing elementor page, they show, but then don’t show publicly.

    Hello there!

    Sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Stratum plugin and the Instagram widget in particular. 

    When I’m on the page you specified, I receive errors in my browser console that go like this: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()”. 403 is a default HTTP status code which means that access to the requested resource is forbidden. So it’s more of a question of your server configuration. Or you have some plugin that has a conflict with our Stratum plugin or the functionality of this widget. In this case, I recommend you try disabling other plugins you have to check if it’s a matter of a conflict or contact your hosting provider for them to check what could be blocking access to your server.
